Ingredients:
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
2 Cans of ‘no salt added’ diced tomatoes
1/2 Tbsp garlic salt
1/2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1/3 Cup Spinach
1/4 Cup chopped red bell pepper
